You can add users at any time. Your pricing will automatically adjust based on the number of user seats, with the per-user rate decreasing as your team grows.

Absolutely. There’s no lock-in with Vorda, so you can cancel your plan at any time.

Your data remains yours. You can export your organisation’s records at any time while your account is active, or within 30 days of cancellation, giving you time to securely move your data to another system.

No. Vorda does not use participant data to train or improve AI models.

When you use Vorda’s AI features, relevant information may be processed only to complete the task you requested, such as drafting a progress note, building a quote, or helping create a roster. Your data is not added to an AI training dataset or used to train models for other customers.

Your team remains in control of the information and can review AI-generated outputs before they are saved or used.

Yes. Vorda’s compliance, record-keeping, incident management, and audit-readiness features are designed around relevant NDIS Practice Standards and quality indicators.

Vorda supports your organisation’s day-to-day compliance processes and helps you stay audit-ready, while reducing unnecessary administrative work.

If a data breach occurs, we’ll act quickly to contain and investigate it.

Where the breach is notifiable under the Privacy Act, we’ll notify affected organisations and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required, and explain what happened, what information may be affected, and the steps being taken in response.

If participant information is affected, we’ll also provide your organisation with the information needed to meet any applicable reporting obligations.

Yes. Vorda is designed to work alongside the systems your organisation already uses, with integrations available for supported third-party platforms.

Where a direct integration is not yet available, you can still import or export relevant data to help keep your workflows connected.

We’ll continue adding integrations based on the systems NDIS providers use most.

No. Vorda staff do not access your participant or organisation records as part of normal support or platform administration.
